I read about this NYC start-up company online. While visiting my daughter who lives in LIC I went to the flagship address store and purchased the Captain in Natural on the recommendation of the Salesperson. I could not be happier! Best boot I have ever worn. No break-in period needed, fit like a glove minute one and are all day comfortable. Do yourself and your feet a favor and get a pair. PS: They gave me a sweet Grey Suede hat that I get all kinds of compliments on!

I've been searching for boots that I can wear that will dress up my outfit a little more than my other shoe options. I did have to go up half a size. I am a true 8 but when I ordered the 8 it was too narrow in my toebox. Making an exchange was one of the easiest online exchange processes I've dealt with. I'm very happy with my purchase!
